Go The Distance (GTD) is a self-directed event to encourage Masters swimmers to exercise regularly and track their progress. There’s no time limit for the distance milestones, except that they must be achieved during the calendar year. Speed doesn’t matter — flogcaljust the effort to attain whatever goal you set for yourself. GTD is on the honor system—you track the distance you swim and enter it into your Fitness Log (FLOG).

Virtual Swim Series – Join others around the country in applying any pool lengths you actually do to virtually swimming some of the most important bodies of water in the U.S. Some of the virtual swims are actual open water courses, and others are waters most would not dare to swim in reality.
